Full Recruitment

Using our existing data base, we select candidates suitable to the position's requirements or will search for new candidates, according to the needs of your company.

We offer an advantageous guarantee system, thanks to which you will waste no money employing unsuitable people. If the selected candidate does not meet your expectations, resulting in the termination of the Employment Contract, or if the employee resigns, we oblige ourselves to search for the next candidate at our own cost. The guarantee period depends on the chosen employee's position.

Partial Recruitment

Letting an external company handle the initial part of the recruitment process enables you to make the time necessary to analyse the applications. You will receive applications only from those candidates who meet your specified criteria.

• Candidate selection. After we receive complete information from you regarding the requirements of the position, we prepare a candidate list of all those meeting the specified criteria. To do so, we use our extensive data base, contacts, as well as information garnered from the Internet. We then conduct an initial telephone interview with the candidates in order to confirm their interest and suitability for the position.
• Initial selection. Responses to your recruitment advert will be sent to our address, or re-directed to us from you. We then provide a selection of the applications received, with regards to the requirements of the position, and conduct an initial telephone conversation with the candidates in order to verify and complete information included on the application. At your request we can organise a meeting with the candidates.
